This page explains what this website does with information. It covers the website only — the clinic's own handling of medical records is a separate matter, and you can ask about it at your consultation.

What this website collects

This is a static website. It has no database, no login, no analytics scripts and no advertising trackers. Simply reading these pages does not create an account or a profile of you.

As with any website, the hosting provider records ordinary server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That is handled by the host under its own policy and is not used by the clinic to identify individual visitors.

The appointment enquiry form

The enquiry form on the home page does not send anything to this website. When you submit it, your browser composes a WhatsApp message containing the details you typed and opens WhatsApp so that you can send it to the clinic. Nothing is stored here, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.

Once a message reaches the clinic it is treated like any other appointment request. Messages sent through WhatsApp also pass through WhatsApp's own service under its terms and privacy policy.

Please keep enquiries brief — a name, a phone number and a preferred time are enough. There is no need to describe symptoms, medication or medical history in a message; that conversation belongs in the consultation, where it is confidential.

Calls and WhatsApp

The call and WhatsApp buttons open your phone's own dialler or the WhatsApp app. This website does not place calls and does not see the content of your messages.

Google Maps

The map on the contact section is not loaded until you click it. If you choose to load it, Google receives the request and applies its own privacy policy. If you would rather not load it, the Get directions button opens Google Maps in a new tab instead.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Third-party content you choose to load — the Google Map — may set its own.

Confidentiality of consultations

Information shared during a consultation is treated as confidential medical information, in line with professional practice and applicable law. If you have questions about what is recorded, how long it is kept or when it may be shared, please ask the doctor directly.
