Services

Psychiatric care for your mental well-being

Assessment, treatment and follow-up for common mental health concerns. Which of these applies to you is decided during the consultation, not beforehand.

Services offered at the clinic

Each of these begins with the same assessment. What follows is decided from it — there is no fixed package, and not every concern needs every element.

How it works

What a consultation looks like

Four straightforward steps, so you know what to expect before you walk in.

  1. Book an appointment

Call or message the clinic to request a consultation, or send an enquiry through the form below.

  2. Initial assessment

Discuss your concerns, symptoms and relevant medical history. Family members are welcome if you would like them present.

  3. Treatment planning

Explore the suitable options with the doctor — counselling, medication, or both — and why each is being considered.

  4. Follow-up care

Review progress at agreed intervals and adjust the plan when clinically appropriate.
